OFFICE LEASE: SWA Group signed a 12-year lease for 8,823 square feet at 1245 West 18th Street. Clay &

stores from TAB Lonestar Holdings, Inc. The stores are located at: 5480 College Street in
Beaumont; 2223 Nederland in Nederland; and 1202 Magnolia Avenue in Port Neches. Clay &

LEASE: Rey de la Reza Architects, Inc. has leased 3,486 square feet at 1245 West 18th Street. Clay &
